We have a 10 year old!

It is true! I am still having a hard time believing it myself but Brooklynn turned 10 this year. I am starting to feel old now. It has been birthday craziness around here complete with parties, trips and we are ending it all with Brooklynn's actual birthday. She had her party a few days ago with Dax. Her birthday was pretty low key. We had Birthday cake pancakes for breakfast and then she headed off to school. She looked cute in her new Birthday outfit she picked out on our trip to St. George. We took ice-cream bars into her class that morning. After school she had 4H and then dance. She wanted crepes and sausage for dinner so that is what we did. Papa and Grandma stopped by and brought her her present. She had asked for money because she wanted to buy and Ipod touch. We gave her money also so it wasn't to exciting in the present department but that night we found an Ipod and bought it on-line so she was one pretty happy 10 year old. We had cupcakes from the Sweet Tooth Fairy to top off the night. Pretty relaxed and low key but I think she enjoyed it! We love our Brookie Sue to death. She is such a great girl and SO very helpful.
