A Firecracker of a weekend!

Phil and his softball team decided to play in the firecracker tournament this year. They have never played in this one. Usually we are going away to play in tournaments but it was kind of fun to play around here. They did pretty good. Phil ended up pitching which always makes me a little nervous, but we did escape without being hit by the ball! The best part was that my wonderful neighbors offered to keep my kids so I actually got to spend the day watching softball! It was a great day and I really enjoyed myself. I didn't even mind the scorching heat!
