We Love Picture Day!!!

Since Aaron and his family were in town we decided to attempt family pictures (key word being attempt!) We all know how fun it is to try and coordinate outfits and colors and you feel like you spend a fortune on clothing so that it all matches and without fail it never turns out! Well this was no exception. We tried to get pictures but they did not look so great. In fact that is why we will not be posting any pictures! We did get a couple that were okay but hey we can at least say we tried! After our failed attempt at family pictures we made our way back to Nana and Papa's house for a great belated Easter dinner. We had not celebrated Easter because of all the other events taking place so we celebrated late. The meal was great as usual! Life doesn't get much better than Papa's green drink and some deviled eggs! After our yummy dinner it was time for the annual Easter egg hunt! The kids did theres and had a blast finding ALL of the eggs! There were plenty to be found! After the kids were done it was time for the main event! While Aaron was suiting up in his running shoes Phil and I were plotting out attack on the field! This is not your ordinary Easter egg hunt and it is definatley not safe for anyone under the age of 21. This is some serious competition. Long story short Phil and Jenna both spotted the prize winning egg at the same time so they decided to split the winnings. So we were excited to get some extra cash for the Disneyland trip! We had a great time and are so lucky to have a great Nana and Pap who still plan Easter Egg hunts for their big kids too! We had a great time and were glad Amy and Aaron got to be here for the fun!
