Happy Valentines Day!

Happy Valentines a week late! We do celebrate it just takes me a week to recover and document all the great festivities. So I remember growing up and Valentines consisted of the class list and putting those nasty candy hearts in envelopes (after precisely reading each one of course because you would not want an "love you" heart in a boys card) and that was the extent of the day! Now it is a full blown day of festivities. We had our traditional pink heart pancakes for breakfast, then we sent the kids on the annual treasure hunt for a suprise from us! They love it only this year my clues really had them looking! We had a fun time! Brooklynn and Dax both had school and after that we made the rounds delivering goodies to the family and friends! We came home to a porch full of treats and a door full of love! My cute primary girl decorated the door and left some cupcakes. It was really sweet! It is a great day to remember those you love and let them know! We felt very loved and blessed to have such a great family and wonderful friends and neighbors!
